Your Knowledge Base is everything Orbit8 knows about your business. It only answers from approved facts.
What it is
Think of it as your brain inside Orbit8: your products, prices, FAQs, policies and the links it may share. AI Replies answer only from facts you’ve approved here.
If a fact isn’t in your Knowledge Base, Orbit8 won’t invent it. It leaves the conversation for you instead.
Set it up
- 01Add a source: scan your website or add a page, and Orbit8 suggests facts from it. Or add a fact yourself.
- 02Approve suggestions. Only approved facts are ever used in a reply.
- 03Keep it current. Edit or archive a fact when something changes.
