Questions
Good questions, quick answers.
What does Orbit8 do for me?
Orbit8 helps you turn engagement into real relationships without being glued to your phone 24/7. It answers everyday questions like prices and shipping in your Instagram DMs, in the voice you set, and sends your link when someone comments your word.
Will the replies sound like me?
Share 5–10 captions, DMs or comments you wrote. Orbit8 suggests a voice from your wording, punctuation and emoji. Fine-tune it for different conversations, compare four private previews, and apply it when you’re happy. Your feedback helps refine the draft; your business answers and reply boundaries stay separate.
Is it safe for my Instagram account?
Orbit8 only replies to people who message you or comment the word you chose. It never messages anyone first. You choose what it knows, and one switch pauses every reply.
What about the messages that need me?
Anything Orbit8 can't answer from what you've told it, like a collab or a custom order, is saved in your Inbox with the conversation, and you get an alert. You reply in Instagram, whenever suits you.
Which apps does it work with?
Instagram today, for comments and DMs. WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok, Email and LinkedIn are on the way.
What does it cost?
Basic: £0 / $0. Creator: £7.99 / $9.99 per month. Pro: £22.49 / $29.99 per month. Choose GBP or USD in the plans above. Paid prices start when paid plans launch. Creator and Pro include priority support.
