Test privately, start in review mode, then turn on sending when you’re ready.
How AI Replies work
When a follower sends you a DM, your automations go first. If none match, Orbit8 checks your Knowledge Base and writes a reply in your voice. If it can’t answer from what you’ve told it, it leaves the message for you.
Start in review, then send
- 01Tap Try AI privately to test questions. Nothing is sent.
- 02Start in review mode. Orbit8 writes replies and waits in your inbox for you; nothing is sent automatically.
- 03Check them under Replies to review and mark each one Looks right or Needs work.
- 04When you’re confident, turn on Send replies. Orbit8 asks you to confirm before it goes live.
Answering a bare “hey!” or “thanks!” is off until you switch it on in AI Replies.
