A quick tour of the pages in the Orbit8 app.
What each page is for
- Overview: what came in, how much Orbit8 handled, and anyone waiting for you.
- Inbox: every conversation, with views for All, Needs attention, Skipped, Blocked and Done.
- Voice & tone: your profile, your voice and your boundaries.
- Knowledge Base: your saved facts and any suggestions waiting for you.
- Automations: your keyword replies and links.
- AI Replies: replies Orbit8 wrote, and messages it left for you.
- Leads and Insights: people showing interest, and how things are going.
- Settings: Instagram, Channels, Members, Notifications, and Usage & billing.
On your phone
On a phone, tap the menu button at the top left to open the same list.
