Connect your Instagram account
Connect a Professional Instagram account in a small Instagram window, then tap Allow.
Before you start
Your Instagram needs to be a Professional account (Creator or Business). Personal accounts can’t connect. On Instagram’s screen, keep every permission switched on.
Connect
- 01Tap Connect Instagram.
- 02Instagram opens in a small window. Log in to Instagram, if it asks.
- 03Tap Allow. That’s it. The Orbit8 page updates on its own.
Lost the window behind another one? Tap Show Instagram window. If your browser won’t open a small window, Orbit8 opens Instagram in the same tab instead.
When it works you’ll see “Connected as @yourhandle”. You can also turn on post access, which is read-only and lets you pick posts and reels when you build an automation.
One account, one workspace
Each Instagram account can be connected to one Orbit8 workspace at a time, and every plan includes one Instagram account.
