A Reel can find its audience overnight. Here is how comment to DM automations and AI replies answer the everyday questions while you’re away, and what’s waiting for you in the morning.

You post a Reel in the evening. By morning it has found an audience three time zones away, with three hundred comments and a hundred and forty DMs.
Forty of those DMs ask the same question, and a few are from people ready to buy. This guide is about answering them right away, so your morning starts with coffee and a short list.
Interest is highest when someone asks. A person asking the price is as close to buying as they’ll get, and an answer right then lets them act on it.
A quick answer keeps the conversation going. People who get what they asked for can book, buy or ask a follow-up while your post is still on their mind.
Your morning gets lighter. The everyday questions are already answered, so you start with the conversations that need you.

A keyword automation is simple, and that’s its strength. You choose the post or reel, the word, the message and the link. When someone comments or DMs that word, your message and link go to them in a DM.
Capitalisation doesn’t matter, and you choose how the word is matched: as a whole word, an exact match, the start of the message, or anywhere in it. You can add one follow-up DM too, sent anywhere from a minute to 23 hours after the first.
For a Reel that says “comment GUIDE and I’ll send it over”, that’s the whole job, day or night. You can see link clicks in Orbit8, and anyone can type STOP to opt out.
Then there are the questions that don’t use your word. Does this come in a larger size? Is the workshop the same one you ran in June? That’s where AI replies come in.
You tell Orbit8 about your business. Share your website and it suggests answers you keep or dismiss, then add your prices and links.
You tell it how you talk: your tone, your emoji, phrases you love and a few replies you’ve written.
You try a test reply first, then switch AI replies on when you’re happy with it.
From then on, English text DMs get a short answer right away, from what you’ve told Orbit8.
Anything it can’t answer, like a collab or a custom order, is saved in your Inbox with the conversation, and you get an alert in the app. Email alerts are optional.
One pause switch stops automatic replies whenever you want a quiet day, and switching it back on picks up where you left off.
Instead of a hundred and forty unread threads, you open two short lists: the questions that were answered, and the conversations saved for you.
You reply to those in Instagram, in your own time. The collab, the custom order and the kind note from a long-time follower get your full attention.
Orbit8 only replies to people who messaged or commented first. Every message it sends is an answer to someone who asked.
Start the day with the conversations that need you.
Pick the question you answer most often. The most frequent one, even if it’s the least exciting.
Write the reply you’d send, in your own words, with the link.
If you can invite people to use a word, like PRICE or GUIDE, make it a keyword automation on your next post. Otherwise, tell Orbit8 the answer and try a test reply.
Switch it on, then see what your next morning looks like.
One well-answered question is a great start. Add the next one when you see it come up again.
Keyword automations with one optional follow-up DM, AI replies that start off until you switch them on, the pause switch and the Inbox for saved conversations are all in the product today.
